    James also has a tiny key chain with cards, and I found the exact belt that he wore! Here are the links:

    Actually it wouldn't be James with the authority issues, it would have been Waylon Forge. That's who he got the jacket from before he, Victoria, and Laurent killed him. Remember, "Nice jacket" - James

    Did Waylon have the pins on his jacket? It wouldn't suprise me if they belonged to some of James previous victims. Killing those in a position of power would give someone like him a thrill, and the pins his trophies.

    Although, I could see Waylon having the pins himself. He seems a little kooky but harmless, kind of the resident Ted Nugent.
